Professor Martyn R Partridge

Professor Partridge is currently Professor of Respiratory Medicine and Patient Centred care in the National Heart and Lung Institute (NHLI), Imperial College London. Between 2010 and 2013, he was Senior Vice Dean of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine in Singapore, a joint Imperial /NTU school, and prior to that, Professor of Respiratory Medicine (NHLI) at Charing Cross Hospital having been appointed to that position in 2002 after 19 years as a Consultant Physician at Whipps Cross Hospital.

Martyn is past President of the British Thoracic Society (BTS) and previous Chief Medical Adviser to Asthma UK. His current research is focused upon evaluating the delivery of healthcare to those with respiratory disease.
